These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and our services, including guided tours and related activities in Copenhagen, Denmark and the surroundings.

2. Services

We provide information regarding our guided tours, travel tips, and related services in Copenhagen and it’s surroundings. Services require booking and payment. Details, pricing, and booking conditions are available on the Website.

3. Eligibility

Our tours are open to participants of all ages.

Participants under the age of 17 can join for free and participants under 14 have to be accompanied by an adult.
Bookings and payments must be made by an adult (18 years or older) or by someone legally able to enter into a purchase agreement under Danish law.
By booking a tour, you confirm that you have the legal authority to make the purchase on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minors.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability
Prices are shown in EUR and DKK including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise
You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details are correct
Total price includes taxes for Stripe service as the payment method, and the taxes according to Danish law

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather or guide unavailability. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

In case of cancellation, 24 hours prior to a booked tour, from Customer’s side due to the event of death in near family (spouse, child, parents or parents in law) and hence inability to travel and join the tour, a full refund is offered. Not showing up to a paid and agreed tour due to any other reason will result in no refunding of your booked tour.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree:

Not to misuse the Website or services
Not to engage in unlawful or harmful activities
To follow all instructions from guides during tours for your safety

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under Danish and EU copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Participation in tours is at your own risk. You are responsible for your own travel insurance
